Patients treated for Hodgkin's disease are exposed to increased risk for second malignancies, a fact which has been well documented in the past decade. Most of these malignancies are hematologic neoplasms, and only rarely have radiation induced sarcomas of the soft tissues or bone been reported. A case with a complication of this kind is described and the implications are discussed.
