Cystadenolymphomas occur fairly frequently in the salivary glands, usually as a single tumour in one parotid. Bilateral and multiple forms have also been reported, and their presence in other principal or accessory salivary glands has been described. It is exceptional, however, for them to occur simultaneously or successively as multiple lesions in the principal or accessory salivary glands. A case is reported of a 46-year-old man presenting with multiple cystadenolymphomas in both parotid glands and the mucosal glands of the upper lip.
囊性腺淋巴瘤在唾液腺中相当常见，通常表现为一侧腮腺内的单个肿瘤。也有双侧和多发形式的报道，并且它们在其他主要或副唾液腺中的存在也有描述。然而，它们在主要或副唾液腺中同时或相继以多发病变形式出现是罕见的。本文报道一例46岁男性患者，双侧腮腺及上唇黏膜腺出现多发囊性腺淋巴瘤。
