[Multiple cystadenolymphomas of the parotids and upper lip (author's transl)].

Cystadenolymphomas occur fairly frequently in the salivary glands, usually as a single tumour in one parotid. Bilateral and multiple forms have also been reported, and their presence in other principal or accessory salivary glands has been described. It is exceptional, however, for them to occur simultaneously or successively as multiple lesions in the principal or accessory salivary glands. A case is reported of a 46-year-old man presenting with multiple cystadenolymphomas in both parotid glands and the mucosal glands of the upper lip.
