Abstract
From target studies of the clinical value of choledochal drainage through the stump of the cystic duct by Halsted-Pikovsky method, following cholecystectomy for Courvosier's gallbladder without choledochotomy, the authors have come to the conclusion that such drainage does not improve the postoperative clinical course, while evolving an added risk of some complications.

通过对采用哈尔斯特德 - 皮科夫斯基方法经胆囊管残端进行胆总管引流的临床价值进行目标研究，在对库瓦西耶胆囊进行胆囊切除术后未行胆总管切开术的情况下，作者得出结论：这种引流并不能改善术后临床病程，反而会增加一些并发症的风险。
