Abstract

Four cases of psoriatic arthritis of the temporomandibular joint are presented. Three patients suffered from polyarthritis, but in one the disease was monoarticular. Clinically, the affection of the TMJ was associated with symptoms and signs characteristic of chronic arthritis. Radiologic examination, including arthrography, demonstrated signs of erosive arthritis in three patients. The TMJ affections were treated by physiatrics and by correction of oral function.

本文报告了4例颞下颌关节银屑病关节炎病例。3例患者患有多关节炎，但其中1例为单关节病变。临床上，颞下颌关节受累与慢性关节炎的症状和体征相关。包括关节造影在内的放射学检查显示，3例患者存在侵蚀性关节炎的迹象。颞下颌关节病变采用物理疗法和口腔功能矫正进行治疗。
