[Solitary pedunculated polyp of the posterior urethra in a child].

We present a case of polyps in the prostatic urethra in a 21-month old child. The clinical picture and the diagnosis are discussed with particular attention being paid to the mictional urethrocystography. The most suitable surgical approach is indicated as the basis for treatment and finally the etiology is established.
