Degenerative joint disease is an extremely common, noninflammatory, progressive disorder of movable joints and is characterized pathologically by deterioration of articular cartilage and by formation of new bone in the subchondral areas and at the margins of the joint. The main objectives of therapy considering the pathogenesis are relief of pain, restoration of joint function and progression of the disease.
退行性关节病是一种极为常见的、非炎性的、进展性的可动关节疾病,其病理特征为关节软骨退变以及在软骨下区域和关节边缘形成新骨。考虑到发病机制,治疗的主要目标是缓解疼痛、恢复关节功能以及阻止疾病进展。
