In the course of ages drug always existed. It accompanied man in migrations, conquests and defeats. Formerly bordered upon some countries, and witness of a determined culture, drug has now a planetary dimension. In a way, it is the price of our material progress. Medicine has a limited understanding of the fact. It is worth while when approaching the therapeutic problem of drug addict to study new ways in approaching the problem.
自古以来毒品就一直存在。它伴随着人类经历迁徙、征服与失败。以前毒品在一些国家存在，是特定文化的见证，而现在它已具有全球性影响。从某种程度上说，它是我们物质进步的代价。医学对这一事实的认识有限。在处理吸毒成瘾者的治疗问题时，研究解决该问题的新方法是很有价值的。
