Abstract
An original method for the correction of macromastia is presented. The advantages of radical removal of the gland when this is desirable for anatomical, pathological and clinical reasons are combined with cosmetic benefits, since breast protuberance is regained by the use of upper pedicle skin flaps obtained by de-epithelialisation of the skin that previously covered the gland.

本文提出了一种矫正巨乳症的原创方法。当出于解剖学、病理学和临床原因需要彻底切除腺体时，这种方法将彻底切除腺体的优点与美容效果相结合，因为通过使用由先前覆盖腺体的皮肤去上皮化获得的上蒂皮瓣，可恢复乳房隆起。
