A simple and easy technique for inserting an iris fixation suture for use with a four-loop Binkhorst lens is described. The preplaced 10-0 Prolene fixation suture permits pupillary dilatation after the insertion of a four-loop Binkhorst lens and prevents inadvertent dislocation of the lens.
