Abstract
In 91 patients with urinary tract infections treated with amoxycillin or pivampicillin, the incidence of side-effects was high with both preparations. Although the majority of the side-effects were of minor nature, there was a significantly higher incidence of upper gastrointestinal complaints in those patients receiving pivampicillin (29.5%) as opposed to amoxycillin (6.4%).

在91例接受阿莫西林或匹氨西林治疗的尿路感染患者中，两种制剂的副作用发生率都很高。虽然大多数副作用性质轻微，但接受匹氨西林治疗的患者上消化道不适的发生率（29.5%）明显高于接受阿莫西林治疗的患者（6.4%）。
