The Authors presents a review of the orthopedic surgery in patient with rheumatoid arthritis. The aims of surgical treatment in this patients are: an improvement of the function, relief of pain and improvement in appearance. In this study are presented the major types of operation currently used: synoviectomy, arthroplasty, repair of tendons, osteotomy and arthrodesis.
作者对类风湿性关节炎患者的骨外科手术进行了综述。这类患者手术治疗的目的是：改善功能、缓解疼痛及改善外观。本研究介绍了目前常用的主要手术类型：滑膜切除术、关节成形术、肌腱修复术、截骨术和关节融合术。
