[Pyeloplasty. Original technic. Results of 52 operations].

The author presents a new pyeloplasty technique which does not require the use of a nephrostomy or modelling tubes. He shows the good, anatomical, functional and clinical results in patients in whose cases more than 10 years have elapsed since the operation. Of the 52 plasties carried out, with the technique put forward, there was only one bad result, 10 years after the operation.
