[The diagnosis of hypoglycemia in childhood (author's transl)].

It is presented a flow diagram for the diagnosis of hypoglycemia in childhood. The basis for this diagnostic approach is the characteristic time of onset on one hand and a typical pattern to react during loading tests with glucose, tolbutamide, leucine, glucagon, alanine and 2-deroxy-D-deroxy-D-Glucose.
