The effects of the influence of the measles virus, further-attenuated measles virus, autoclaved measles virus, mumps virus and polio virus were investigated on the direct leukocyte migration inhibition test by agarose-droplet method using purified protein derivative as the antigen. It was found that the measles virus either inhibited the production of the leukocyte migration inhibition factor or inhibited the effect thereof. From this discovery, the mechanism of the suppression of delayed type hypersensitivity by measles virus was discussed.
采用琼脂糖滴法,以纯化蛋白衍生物为抗原,研究了麻疹病毒、进一步减毒的麻疹病毒、经高压灭菌的麻疹病毒、腮腺炎病毒和脊髓灰质炎病毒对直接白细胞迁移抑制试验的影响。发现麻疹病毒要么抑制白细胞迁移抑制因子的产生,要么抑制其作用。基于这一发现,对麻疹病毒抑制迟发型超敏反应的机制进行了探讨。
