[Use of a human fibrin adhesive in nephrotomies].

Report on the use of a physiologic adhesive, a human fibrin product, in surgery of nephrotomies; the new technique allows the performance of nephrotomies for the removal of complicated and extensive lithiasis with minimal trauma to the renal parenchyma.
