Abstract

A case of a single, large noncalcified echinococcal cyst of the liver demonstrated by computed tomography (CT) and verified at surgery is presented. To our knowledge, no previous CT pictorial display of such a lesion has been reported in the literature. The cyst appears as a radiolucent, sharply demarcated lesion of water density.

本文报告一例经计算机断层扫描（CT）显示并经手术证实的肝脏单发、巨大、无钙化的棘球蚴囊肿。据我们所知，此前文献中尚无此类病变的CT图像展示报道。该囊肿表现为一个低密度、边界清晰的透光性病变。
