Three new rapid immunological tests (ELISA, hemolisis-in-gel, single-radial-complement-fixation) have been applied for detecting antibodies in 200 sera against widespread virus infections. Results were compared with those of complement fixation and hemagglutination inhibition tests and good correlation was found. The new tests are simple to perform, rapid, sensitive and could be well suited for screening of large number of serum samples.
三种新的快速免疫检测方法（酶联免疫吸附测定、凝胶溶血法、单向放射补体结合法）已用于检测200份血清中针对广泛传播的病毒感染的抗体。将结果与补体结合试验和血凝抑制试验的结果进行比较，发现相关性良好。这些新检测方法操作简单、快速、灵敏，非常适合于大量血清样本的筛查。
