Lymphocele is a rare complication after renal transplantation. The symptomatology, diagnosis and treatment have been reported by several authors [1-9]. The symptoms are often insidious, variable and may result in difficult diagnostic problems. In this paper we present three cases of lymphocele as a surgical complication observed among 190 cases of renal transplantation.
淋巴囊肿是肾移植术后一种罕见的并发症。已有多位作者报道过其症状、诊断及治疗方法[1 - 9]。症状往往隐匿、多变，可能导致诊断困难。本文介绍了在190例肾移植病例中观察到的3例作为手术并发症的淋巴囊肿。
