[Device for anamnestic data collection using microprocessors].

A device for collecting medical history data, using the microprocessor K580 and intended for work in the automated system for mass prophylactic surveys, is discussed. The device is realized in 2 variants: working autonomously or in combination with computers of a higher level. The structural diagrams of both variants and the software for the autonomous variant are described.
