Allogeneic embryonal medullary cells can optimize and accelerate the reparative regeneration of tubular and os planum bones of the experimental animals. The use of a diffusion chamber allowed one to determine that the source of osseous tissue formation are the osteogenous predecessor cells detected in the bone marrow of the embryo.
