When faced with a patient with a lump or lumps in the breast, it is clear to the general surgeon how the situation should be handled. However, if the patient has already had multiple breast biopsies, then the surgeon is less certain. If the patient also has nodular or granular breasts, the choice of correct treatment becomes almost speculative. It is because of these uncertainties that this article has been written. A series of suggestions on the sequential steps to be taken in the treatment of women with precancerous or cancerous lesions, with emphasis on reconstruction of the breast, is listed.
当面对一位乳房有肿块的患者时，普通外科医生很清楚应该如何处理这种情况。然而，如果患者已经接受过多次乳房活检，那么外科医生就不太确定了。如果患者还患有结节状或颗粒状乳房，正确治疗方法的选择几乎就只能靠推测了。正是由于这些不确定性，才撰写了本文。文中列出了一系列针对患有癌前病变或癌性病变女性的治疗步骤建议，重点是乳房重建。
