Stimulation of the rabbit anterior hypothalamus reduced the amount of reticulocytes in the blood, decreased the hematocrit, redistributed the intrarenal blood flow reducing the blood supply of the renal cortex. Stimulation of the posterior hypothalamus led to an increase in the reticulocytes amount and an isolated increase in the blood supply of the cortical nephrones' glomeruli. No changes of the plasma erythropoietic activity occurred. The data obtained suggest the hypothalamus-induced changes of the hemodynamics (in bone marrow and kidneys particularly) as one of the possible hypothalamic influences upon the erythrone.
刺激兔下丘脑前部会减少血液中网状红细胞的数量,降低血细胞比容,重新分配肾内血流,减少肾皮质的血液供应。刺激下丘脑后部会导致网状红细胞数量增加,且皮质肾单位肾小球的血液供应单独增加。血浆促红细胞生成活性未发生变化。所获得的数据表明,下丘脑引起的血流动力学变化(特别是在骨髓和肾脏中)是下丘脑对红细胞生成可能产生的影响之一。
