The cases with combined maxillofacial injuries and traumas of other localization should be considered as cases of a higher risk of septic complications. The specialized stomatologic acid ought to be rendered to such cases with the nearest post-shock period, not later then within 36 hours after trauma. The analysis of 291 clinical observations is set forth.
合并颌面损伤及其他部位创伤的病例应被视为发生脓毒症并发症风险较高的病例。此类病例应在休克期过后尽快（不迟于创伤后36小时）接受专业口腔治疗。本文阐述了对291例临床观察病例的分析。
