Abstract
The results of the treatment of diaphysial fractures of the leg in 42 elderly and senile patients are mirrored in this paper. The details concerning the time and procedure of the application of the apparatus, the time of its demounting are set forth. Good results of the osteosynthesis by means of the Ilizarov's apparatus allow to recommend this method for a broad practical use.

本文反映了42例老年和高龄患者小腿骨干骨折的治疗结果。阐述了应用该器械的时间和步骤、拆除时间的详细情况。使用伊里扎洛夫器械进行骨合成的良好效果使得该方法可被推荐广泛应用于实际。
