[Female urethral leiomyoma (author's transl)].

Literature registers 18 cases of female urethral leiomyoma. Three new cases of such pathology are herein described, with symptoms generally recorded in the literature : obstruction. The three patients were successfully treated by transvaginal resection of the tumor. Diagnosis and treatment are simple, while follow up and prognosis are good, according to our cases and those previously described.
