The data are presented of the electrocardiotopographic studies (ECT) in 35 precordial leads of 74 patients with acute macrofocal myocardial infarction with the localization in the anterior wall of the left ventricle. The ECT data during the first day of myocardial infarction do not differ in informativeness from the maximum values obtained as a result of the examinations made during the first 7--10 days of the disease, therefore such data can be used for early prognosing of the severity and outcome of the disease.
本文呈现了74例左心室前壁急性大片心肌梗死患者35个胸前导联的心电地形图（ECT）研究数据。心肌梗死第一天的ECT数据与疾病最初7 - 10天检查所获得的最大值相比，在信息量上并无差异，因此这些数据可用于疾病严重程度和预后的早期预测。
