The article describes involvement of the kidneys in 2 patients suffering from malignant lymphoma. In the first patient, small nodular infiltrates are seen in the symmetrically enlarged kidneys. In the second patient, a large, intrarenally growing tumour can be observed on the right, whereas on the left side an abdominal lymphatic node can be seen growing into the kidney. At the same time, there are lymphatic infiltrates of different size in both kidneys. The diagnosis is basically established by computerised tomography combined with visualisation of enlarged abdominal lymphatic nodes, both kidneys being involved; at the same time, the intrarenal infiltrates are found to possess a density which largely corresponds to that of the surrounding lymph nodes.
本文描述了2例恶性淋巴瘤患者的肾脏受累情况。在第一例患者中，双侧对称增大的肾脏可见小结节状浸润。在第二例患者中，右侧可见一个大的、向肾内生长的肿瘤，而左侧可见一个腹部淋巴结长入肾脏。同时，双侧肾脏均有大小不同的淋巴浸润。诊断主要通过计算机断层扫描结合腹部肿大淋巴结的可视化来确定，双侧肾脏均受累；同时，发现肾内浸润灶的密度与周围淋巴结的密度基本一致。
