A comparative study of peculiar features of X-ray picture of various forms of focal pneumosclerosis (203 cases) and central cancer of lung (150 cases) was conducted. Some characteristic peculiarities sufficient for reliable differentiation between these pathological processes were established. Unlike cancer, pneumosclerosis is characterized by rugged deformed peribronchial, perivascular fibrous cords, bronchial deformation and local bronchitis. The skiagraphic picture of the tumor-like node in sclegenous stellate structure formed by radiant fibrous cords.
对各种形式的局灶性肺硬化（203例）和中央型肺癌（150例）的X线图像特征进行了对比研究。确定了一些足以可靠区分这些病理过程的特征。与癌症不同，肺硬化的特征是支气管周围、血管周围有粗糙变形的纤维索条、支气管变形和局部支气管炎。由放射状纤维索条形成的硬化性星状结构中肿瘤样结节的X线图像。
