The results of morphological and histochemical examinations of tympanosclerosis performed on the operation materials from 64 patients suffering from conductive hypoacusis are presented. The structure of the tympanosclerotic plaque was shown to reflect the combination of degenerative and fibroplastic alterations of mucoperiosteum with the outcome into petrification and hyalinosis. The location, structure, and histochemical features of the tympanosclerotic plaque prevent considering it to be a derivative of the granulation tissue. At the same time there are reasons to assume the serous nature of the preceeding mucoperiosteum inflammation. The development of tympanosclerosis reflects the reactive features of mucoperiosteum as the bradytrophic tissue possessing osteogenic potentials.
本文呈现了对64例传导性听力减退患者手术材料进行鼓室硬化症形态学和组织化学检查的结果。结果表明,鼓室硬化斑块的结构反映了粘骨膜的退行性和纤维增生性改变,并最终发展为石化和玻璃样变。鼓室硬化斑块的位置、结构和组织化学特征表明,它并非肉芽组织的衍生物。同时,有理由推测先前粘骨膜炎症具有浆液性本质。鼓室硬化症的发展反映了粘骨膜作为具有成骨潜能的营养障碍性组织的反应性特征。
