Abstract
Based on a material of 90 patients with malignant ovarian tumours the results of a chirurgical-radiological combination therapy are discussed. The radiotherapy with telecobalt in the area of small pelvis and regional lymphatic drainage represented achieves good results with justifiable secondary effects. The 5-year survival rate is 36,1%.

基于90例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者的资料，讨论了手术-放射联合治疗的结果。在小骨盆区域和区域淋巴引流区采用远距离钴放疗取得了良好效果，且副作用合理。5年生存率为36.1%。
