With the increasing incidence of gonorrhea, unusual clinical presentations of this disorder may be expected. In this report, two such cases are described. A male with primary infection of the penile skin due to gonorrhea and a female with gonorrhea-induced infection of accessory genital glands are presented. These cases illustrate the necessity to have a high index of suspicion to make the diagnosis of gonorrhea in light of atypical presenting signs or symptoms.
