A new type of intermembrane junctions in the rat cardiomyocytes is described: intermitochondrial junctions. These junctions are characterized by the maximal rapprochement or tight going of some regions of both the outer membranes of neighboring mitochondria, accompanied by a prominent local increase in the inner and outer membrane densities simultaneously with some increase in the electron density of intermembrane spaces. Examination of serial sections has shown that the cardiomyocyte mitochondria are connected by these junctions to make the unite system. Besides, contacts of the mitochondrial outer membrane with plasma membrane are described in the gap junction zones.
线粒体间连接。这些连接的特征是相邻线粒体的外膜某些区域最大程度地靠近或紧密相连,同时内膜和外膜密度显著局部增加,膜间隙的电子密度也有所增加。连续切片检查表明,心肌细胞线粒体通过这些连接形成一个统一的系统。此外,在间隙连接区域还描述了线粒体外膜与质膜的接触。
