[Surgical treatment of complex injuries to the talus].

Results of the operative treatment of 15 patients with dislocation fractures of the anklebone and transastragalar dislocation of the foot were analyzed. Open reposition and fixation of fragments within the first hours after trauma are recommended as prophylactics of aseptic necrosis of block of the anklebone and deforming arthrosis. Subastragalar arthrodesis is indicated in not fresh dislocation fractures.
