Abstract
The author presents a case of Paget's disease effecting a lumbar vertebral body that was seen on a computerized tomogram. It had an interesting appearance and showed no contrast enhancement. There was a moderate compression fracture to this vertebral body and there was encroachment on the spinal canal. The author knows of no other similar case presentation.
