[Mechanism of transport of secreted organic substances through kidney tubule cells].

Vinblastin or copper chloride inhibiting the microtubules, decrease tubular excretion of cardiotrast in rats. After incubation of the kidney tissue homogenat at pH 9.0 the augmentation of inorganic phosphate was more obvious in rats preliminarily injected with cardiotrast. The data obtained indicate the possible role of microtubules in the tubular secretion of organic substances and the participation of phosphorylation in this process.
