Vinblastin or copper chloride inhibiting the microtubules, decrease tubular excretion of cardiotrast in rats. After incubation of the kidney tissue homogenat at pH 9.0 the augmentation of inorganic phosphate was more obvious in rats preliminarily injected with cardiotrast. The data obtained indicate the possible role of microtubules in the tubular secretion of organic substances and the participation of phosphorylation in this process.
长春花碱或氯化铜抑制微管，可减少大鼠中泛影葡胺的肾小管排泄。在pH 9.0条件下孵育肾组织匀浆后，预先注射泛影葡胺的大鼠中无机磷酸盐的增加更为明显。所获得的数据表明微管在有机物质的肾小管分泌中可能起作用，且磷酸化参与了这一过程。
