Description of a rarely observed phenomenon: the course of a retinal vessel over the macula, with fluorescein angiographie findings. An angioscotoma was demonstrated, but this was only possible with a modified campimetric technique: it was impossible to demonstrate it in a variety of tests with the Goldmann Perimeter and the Octopus.
