An unusual case of "pedrada" sindrome is presented. Skin ulcers were observed as late and persistent sequelae on the affected limb. This finding appeared to have no precedent in the literature. New suggestions are made with regard to the cause of the syndrome and excellent results obtained with a taurine preparation are reported. Prophylactic administration of taurine in the management of this syndrome is proposed.
本文报告了一例罕见的“佩德拉达”综合征病例。在患肢上观察到皮肤溃疡是晚期且持续存在的后遗症。这一发现似乎在文献中尚无先例。针对该综合征的病因提出了新的见解，并报告了使用牛磺酸制剂取得的良好效果。建议在该综合征的治疗中预防性应用牛磺酸。
