In four patients with unilateral vocal cord paralysis and in one chordectomized patient, medial displacement of the vocal cord was performed by means of partial thyroid cartilage impression (Payr 1915). Postoperative results indicate the validity of this method with a possibility of additional teflon injections for excellent vocal rehabilitation.
在4例单侧声带麻痹患者和1例声带切除患者中，通过部分甲状腺软骨压痕术（Payr，1915年）使声带向内侧移位。术后结果表明该方法有效，且有可能通过额外注射聚四氟乙烯实现出色的嗓音康复。
