The development of reparative processes after resection of the vertebrum bodies and anterior spondylodesis by a not-free rib transplant was studied in experiment and in 95 patients. Only in 1 of them the supporting capacity of the vertebral column was not restored. Transplants on the feeding pedicles for anterior spondylodesis should be used in all the cases where there are anatomical prerequisites for the formation of its feeding pedicle.
通过实验和对95例患者的研究，探讨了椎体切除及采用带血管蒂肋骨移植行前路椎体融合术后修复过程的发展情况。其中只有1例患者的脊柱支撑能力未恢复。在所有具备形成其滋养蒂解剖学条件的病例中，均应采用带滋养蒂的移植体进行前路椎体融合。
