Abstract
A case of a photodistributed lichen planus-like eruption caused by quinidine is reported. The relationship between photosensitivity and the lichen planus-like eruption is emphasized. Physicians are warned to suspect this type of drug eruption when patients are receiving quinidine, ethambutol, or one of the thiazides.
