51 women with suspected tubal pregnancy were admitted to our hospital during the past two years. Tubal pregnancy was present in 31 women. Diagnosis is rarely accurate with the conventional examination methods. The "LH/HCG" test was positive in all of our patients. Hence it appears resonable, whenever tubal pregnancy is suspected, to combine several noninvasive examination methods, special preference being given to the LH/HCG test.
在过去两年中，51名疑似输卵管妊娠的女性被收治入院。其中31名女性确诊为输卵管妊娠。传统检查方法很难准确诊断。我们所有患者的“LH/HCG”检测均呈阳性。因此，每当怀疑输卵管妊娠时，结合几种非侵入性检查方法似乎是合理的，尤其应优先采用LH/HCG检测。
