[Naeviform porokeratosis - only a morphologic variant of porokeratosis of Mibelli (author's transl)].

Linear unilateral porokeratosis has been regarded as a distinct variant of porokeratosis of Mibelli, because of linear arrangement of the lesions, lacking inheritance and the beginning in early childhood. A 39 year old woman with porokeratosis of Mibelli in naeviform distribution is described. It is shown, that naeviform porokeratosis has to be considered only as a morphologic variant of Porokeratosis of Mibelli.
