One case of angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia simulating a salivary gland tumour is presented. In a review of the literature containing some 220 cases, 29 cases in the neck were found. A survey of these 29 cases is given, and another two cases of special oto-rhino-laryngologic interest are mentioned. Furthermore, a description of the tumour and a brief discussion of aetiology and differential diagnosis are given.
