[Intrafollicular ovarian pregnancy after earlier salpingectomy].

Reported in this paper is a case of ovarian gravidity, 13 years salpingectomy had been performed for tubal gravidity on the same side. Genesis of intrafollicular ovarian gravidity is discussed against the background of this case. Reference is made to necessary diagnostic action for the detection of such rare form of extra-uterine gravidity.
