[Effect of discrete charge on potential distribution in bilayer lipid membranes].

The potential of discrete charges located in the plane at some depth inside the membrane was analysed. In an approximation of constant dielectric permeability of the membrane an expression for micropotential distribution was found. A case when the charges were at the membrane surface was considered separately. An improved variant of the cutout disc method was elaborated which permitted accurate determination of potentials discrete lattices.
