Abstract
The authors have successfully treated five cases of aneurysm of the infra-renal abdominal aorta by exclusion of the aneurysmal sac and axillary-bifemoral bypass. They describe here the different stages of the surgical procedure which offers the advantage of being less aggressive than other methods in high operative risk patients.
