This article is a study of 935 cases of osteoarticular tuberculosis in various sites in children. 2. The clinical presentation, the investigations and the management are described in detail. 3. Difficulties in management of this disease in India are outlined. 4. The early and late results are evaluated and are critically analysed. 5. The rationale of combined attack using surgery and antibiotics is discussed. 6. Special considerations concerning children in India are discussed.
