[Echographic detection of chromosomal anomalies apropos of trisomy 13 and 18].

Some multisystemic abnormalities associations which can be found by ultrasound examination are sometimes chromosome anomalies and amniocentesis must be performed for confirmation. By ultrasonography we can now reach a new objective element: the fetus extremities. Limbs anomalies, such as polydactily, club-feet and/or club-hands must lead to perform amniocentesis in order to assess or not a possible 13 or 18 trisomy.
