Abstract
Spontaneous rupture of a utero-ovarian vein during pregnancy is a serious complication that is likely to be misdiagnosed because of its rarity. In this report, a 23-year-old multiparous woman, 39 weeks pregnant, with a history of a previous salpingo-oophorectomy, had symptoms suggestive of a massive intraperitoneal hemorrhage. At exploratory laparotomy she was found to have a torn uterine varix. A 5 lb boy was delivered by cesarean section. Mother and son survived.
摘要
妊娠期子宫卵巢静脉自发性破裂是一种严重的并发症，因其罕见，很可能被误诊。在本报告中，一名23岁经产妇，怀孕39周，有输卵管卵巢切除术史，出现提示腹腔内大出血的症状。在剖腹探查术中发现她有子宫静脉曲张破裂。通过剖宫产分娩出一个5磅重的男婴。母子均存活。
