Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the blood gastrin content in 45 patients and 14 healthy individuals. Examination was performed on an empty stomach and 20 and 40 minutes after trial breakfast. It was established that after the trial breakfast (35 g protein, 50 g fat, and 70 g carbohydrate) the greatest increment in the gastrin content, as compared to normal, was recorded in increased acid-forming gastric function (peptic ulcer with ulcer site in the duodenum). In patients with decreased acid production (peptic ulcer with ulcer site in the stomach, chronic gastritis with secretory failure), the gastrin content after the trial breakfast was lower than in healthy individuals and in duodenal ulcer patients.
采用放射免疫分析法测定了45例患者和14名健康个体的血胃泌素含量。在空腹状态下以及试餐早餐后20分钟和40分钟进行检测。结果发现,试餐早餐(含35克蛋白质、50克脂肪和70克碳水化合物)后,胃酸分泌功能增强(十二指肠溃疡型消化性溃疡)的患者,其胃泌素含量较正常水平相比,升高幅度最大。胃酸分泌减少的患者(胃溃疡型消化性溃疡、分泌功能衰竭的慢性胃炎),试餐早餐后的胃泌素含量低于健康个体和十二指肠溃疡患者。
